All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned within the software or documentation (including SumUp, Google, Google Drive, and Firebase) are property of their respective owners. Mention of third-party payment services or hardware card readers does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship.

3. Financial Ledger & Tax Accountability

Church Shop is designed as an operational point-of-sale tool to assist volunteer shopkeepers in recording cash and card sales. Church administrators and parish leadership remain solely responsible for verifying sales ledgers, inventory audits, cash reconciliation, tax compliance, and reporting in accordance with local parish regulations and laws.

4. Offline Data & Device Management

Since Church Shop uses offline-first local SQLite databases on volunteer devices, parish administrators should ensure that devices perform regular cloud syncs before clearing browser caches or uninstalling application packages to prevent unsynced data loss.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the application developers or authors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the software.
